Roof Repair

They were concerned about the growing damage to their attic and ceiling, which could lead to costly repairs if not addressed promptly. Our team conducted a thorough inspection and identified a few compromised shingles and damaged flashing around the chimney as the source of the leak.
Scope of Work:
Inspection & Assessment: We performed a detailed inspection of the entire roof, focusing on the areas around the chimney and along the ridge where the leak was evident.
Shingle Replacement: Damaged and missing shingles were replaced with high-quality, weather-resistant asphalt shingles, ensuring the roof would be fully sealed and secure against future leaks.
Flashing Repair: The flashing around the chimney was found to be worn and improperly sealed, contributing to the water infiltration. We removed and replaced the flashing with new, custom-fitted metal flashing and resealed it to prevent further leaks.
Sealing & Waterproofing: We applied a fresh layer of roofing sealant around the affected areas to enhance waterproofing and improve the overall integrity of the roof.
Challenges:
The biggest challenge was the steep pitch of the roof, which required careful navigation to ensure safety while working. Additionally, the old flashing was difficult to remove, requiring more time and precision to install the new flashing correctly.
Results:
The roof repair was completed on time and within budget. The leaks were fully resolved, and the roof is now leak-free and fully protected against the elements.
